The Temposys Vista is a plug & play device for measuring and indicating speeds. Not only does it give good value for money, it is also simple to use.
Drivers don't normally set out to exceed the speed limit, but sometimes it just happens, either because of routine or through inattention. This precision LED measuring device with its big two-colour display immediately alerts drivers to their speed. This is shown in either red or green. Green means the speed is OK, red means the vehicle is moving too fast. The use of these two signal colours triggers an automatic response in the driver passing through, with the result that he or she then abides by the speed limit - and continues to do so for some time.
The Temposys Vista can be configured using a magnetic key on the display face; there is no need to open the casing. The red and green digits and the minimum or maximum speeds can be reset as required. The device can be powered in three different ways: by rechargeable batteries; with a mains power connection; or by charging overnight. Individualised signs relevant to specific locations can be affixed to the display face to send a particular message to the road users concerned. The device can therefore be used in a variety of different situations.
